Little something I came up with today (How so I'm vegetarian by mind still?). It needs some adjusting though, but not bad anyway (as a first version).
Thick Carrot Grate Sauce; 1st edition
3- 4 servings
- ½ - 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 3 big carrots
- 1 onion
- 4- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 -2 ts curry powder
- 1 ts salt
- 200 g Crème Fraìce
- 1 dl milk or vegetable stock
Add crème fraice and milk. Mix well.
Let simmer few minutes, add salt.
Eat.
I consumed mine with rice noodles. (And I'm so full now.)
It's not even very rich in calories even it has that crème fraìce in it, if you think about it.
