Operational plan, part 1

In order to make coming months easier for me I have set a goal:
  1. in September I can buy some stash as in September I pay the last part of my biggest amortization off.
  2. In October I can get some more stash as then I also pay last part of other debt.
  3. November and December I can do what I want with the money (I need clothes by then, luckily I have hoarded used clothes in bigger sizes for Tiny so he should be ok - and I know where Salvation Army's outlet store is *grin*. And AS I start studying (I have decided that I will be accepted *grin*) I need to buy a new laptop for school so I need some money for that (I plan to get some from Santa in addition to that).)
  4. and

  5. in January 2015 I start saving money to pay up one last debt that is screwing things... It should only take a year at its worst.

And I already know what I want...

I have drooled after PINN's "Ganesha - The Hindu God of Wisdom" since I first saw it few years back. I saw it stitched on fiery orangey and red hand-dyed fabric and I just knew I had to get it.
They have several Ganeshas and some day I may justify buying this Ganesha too.
It's frigg*** expensive, but.... PRETTY!

(Admittedly I have two auto ships (cheap ones, sans floss and fabric) and I have a deal with Jenna I am paying each month. More about NEW stash when I have started all my crazies.)

Why?

It dawned on me in last November that in order to get a job in the profession I am planning to get a degree of I need squeaky clean background. And by starting clearing it now it will be ok when I, hopefully, graduate. (I need to apply first. *grin*)
There is also that minor thing that I want to offer Tiny things I can not at our current financial status - which would remain the same as now would I return to my old job - and I have very lame dream to actually be able to save up the down payment, get a loan and find our *own* home for Tiny and me at some point.
But all this means that I have to count cents and prioritize heavily now and focus on my goal. (Now, when it is financially easier as toddlers aren't financially demanding... yet.)

/methinks that thyroxine helped me to grow some big balls. And I love it.
Even I can tell you that my bank account at this point is a really, really sad sight. But I think this is also helping me to lose weight, I'm buying less bad foodstuff and stitch and drink tea through the evening opposed to... finding sugar highs. And despite not having weighed myself since.... erm.... long time ago, it seems that my shape has changed slightly which should mean some lost grams.

30 o.O

I had my bestest (yup *grin*) gift when Mr. Wonderful wished me good birthday when I woke up. Having him here is the best gift I can possible have today - due our financial situation no huge gifts, but he gave me the sweetest card (which I have placed on top of the TV).

30 years old (I almost wrote 30 years odd...)

Oh mi gosh, etc.. I don't feel like thirty at all, but I have already noticed all the things coming from getting older: I got an invitation for the official PAP smear today... oh well, at least it's good for me. In addition to that I have to book an appointment to our nurse because I have been sick so many times between January - March. It has to be an one hour appointment, and for what? We just come to conclusion that asthma, customer service job and flu season are not a good combination.
But that is what my employer wants me to do so there I go.

And in addition to that there is another health check coming within next two months. Groovy. And I know that this time there is this "and how about your weight then?" conversation... though, I can tell them that I have lost whopping 12,5 kilos since March without any dieting and that we shouldn't meddle with what seems to going well.
Though... they could check my thyroid levels, just for future reference as it seems that our mother has hypothyroidism despite her levels being within so called normal levels. I just can't help, but wondering did I really have point with my suspicion of having hypothyroidism when I was prescribed antidepressants...

Well, what is my weight loss secret? I am not quite sure, but I guess that the combination of Mr. Wonderful and Nigerian food is the thing - that yummy okra soup he makes every now and then may be big contributor in this. (This is interesting.)
One thing I am sure of: I am not complaining.

Her Highness

Thank you for your condolences.
She was put to sleep after, this is what the vet thought, her kidneys had failed. Poor dear couldn't control her bowel or bladder any more so it was just gentle to let her go.
My mother took her with her and buried Her Highness somewhere in her cabin's garden.

In general: odd changes

I have noticed extremely odd change in me lately: I like to shop and I am actually looking forward to buy *GASP* more *GASP* feminine clothes (what, aren't jeans and T-shirt feminine enough?! I am getting scary!) in future - and I have started to wear *GASP* earrings.
What boggles me almost as much is that I have this odd mania for turquoise stones (or glass pieces, whatever) - in general I have a thing for turquoise which I can't explain...
I have even grown my hair longer because He asked to (and it's not dark anymore, more like dark, bright red).

Should I be worried or should I just come to conclusion that I am in love?

Ye shall not read CraftGossip... I want this even I am not very Halloweeny person (nor much of a fan of that style). That just, you know, rocks.

Blog ponderings

The thought of moving my blog on Wordpress base came out from its hiding place again, while looking for templates for Periphaeria's blog.
And at this point I even have a hosted domain... it would be matter of only installing another WP. The negative side of it is that I would lose all the comments (and apparently tags too) even I could import the posts...

Weight gain

Last months my weight has been slowly increasing without any significant changes in my diet. I found out why: it's my allergy medicine's less known side effect! Said antihistamine causes weight gain which probably means that it messes my insulin levels... it boggles your mind, but at least now I know what to say to my doctor. I rather take cetiritzine as it's better for my metabolism, even if it isn't as modern version as levocetirizine.

To make it fun, levocetirizine also causes... shortness of breath. (I still have it, though I feel better now.)

And how do I know that Xyxal is the one to blame? I have been taking other antihistamine about a week now (because I lost the prescription and ran out of Xyzal). During this time my weight has come down almost five kilos, without any diet changes.

Scratch...

[insert some frantic scratching here]

1. It's inhuman to forbid moisturiser from a person with an atopic skin.

2. My system is not compatible with generic carbohydrates. Five kilos in two days with normal eating habits is not how it's supposed to be... my metabolism seems to be carnivore's.

But.... some stitching and then I'm on my merry way getting pricked.

Little things count

I just fixed (attached collar back to torso part) one sweater I've (cabled, burgundy - wonderful thing). I haven't used it in 3-4 years, and it surprised me - in a good way - when trying it on.

  1. It fits still.
  2. It has never been this loose!
Though, I've to admit that I've lost umpteen kilos since I last wore this, but anyway.

Thinking aloud, part II; crazy theories

Little something about diets.

According to many experts low-carb high-protein diets are bad for your health. I'd like to disagree a bit.
I've been thinking this quite some time and I've come to a conclusion that there is no such thing as one correct diet. I won't mix exercise in this theory now, so bear with me...

Have you ever noticed that there are people who have same diet, but person A stays/gets slim and person B gains/can't lose weight?
I've noticed that in myself. Every change in my diet has caused weight loss, that's for sure, but in the end none of them ever helped me to lose weight permanently. Or even keep in same weight for long.

Nutritionists recommend low-fat, high-carb diets as healthy. To everyone and that is where my thoughts get heretic.
When it comes to me I've noticed few things

  1. I get arrhythmias when ever my diet is high-carb even for a day.
  2. I get gout attacks for the same reason.
  3. When I'm in high-carb diet I crave for sweetness, in other words I'm sugar rat when ever I'm 'healthy' diet which should provide me what my body needs.
  4. I get depressed much more easily when I'm in high-carb diet.
  5. I can't control my weight. If it decides to rise it'll, no matter what, and I can't keep my weight in balance.
I'm getting to a point, just wait a bit...

So, to me it seems that what is considered 'healthy' is not good for my body, or would you disagree? Now...
What if, and this is just one of my theories, there are people who benefit from high-carb diet and people who benefit from low-carb diet? And to high-carbers low-carbing would be as disastrous as high-carbing to low-carbers?

You know that disagreement of where first humans came from? Did they come from Asia or from Africa? What if... what if that explains the difference between suitable diets? Ethnicity may be the key. Just remember that we are all more all less mixed heritage.

Why I came to this conclusion? I've met quite a few persons who benefit from low-carb diet, myself being one of them. I've also met people who benefit from high-carb diet. And I can't believe that there's nothing behind that difference. I believe in reasons.

Withdrawals from blogs, other news and SBQ

I haven't been able to read any blogs in days, because of the connection here. Which is supposed to be 2048/512kB, but is usually slower than my 256kB/s - if it's working at all. (Which is about the eight wonder of the world. *grin*)
So, don't wonder if I'm not lurking around. I just can't.

The problem lies either in ISPs end or in the router... (But hey, do I love WLAN or do I love it - let me think... *grin*)

In other news

  1. I've been stitching. And actually accomplished something, though I begin to doubt will I even reach my goal of ½ of Alter Echo...
Pictures will follow when I remember to ask from Wolfie that USB cable for the camera (or cable for the scanner).
I'd say I'm quite happy with the colours I chose for it (for the sampler that is *grin*). It'd have been bit boring with only the given two colours, 902 brings some depth to it.

  2. I've lost 2 cms from my waist - in six days. And I've been eating like a horse. (One of the reasons being that he's taking care of my eating. I just wont get hungry. I can't. I've no time. (Which is wonder in itself as he's not around most of the day anyway.))
Wolfie said that it's Thailand which causes that (he has lost quite some weight since he came here, not so many months ago, and in his own opinion he eats like a horse (though he exercises regularly)). Something in the food, or in the climate or maybe it's just caused by little green men.

  3. I'm still alive after eating cherries, strawberry yoghurt, odd-little-fruit-he's-unable-to-translate-in-English (I think it's custard apple (tastes bit like canned grapes))... and too much durians and mangos. (And those wonderful fried seaweed chips with chili... mouthwatering thought.)
Not to mention eating in one little eatery in nearby soi, which might be something to dread to most tourists. *evil grin* But where locals eat... I eat.

  4. I'm drinking too much coffee again. But he has good coffee around... (Though I think we need to head to Starbucks soon. I've drank almost all the coffee (caffeinated one).)

  5. When I'm in the move alone no one seems to think that I speak Thai. When we're out together most people seem to assume that we both speak Thai, or at least Wolfie does.
Silly thing in it is that neither of us really looks local (FYI: North European and South American) - in sense of looking Asian.

And then... for something completely different.

This week's

Stitching Bloggers Question

was suggested by Vash and is:
"Have you ever used a magnifying glass while stitching? If so, did you find it helpful?"
I haven't but when I was doing my first (and currently only one) hardanger piece I realized that it'd be good to have. And I'm quite sure that if I get into high counts (high being 40< HPI) I might need one, just to prevent my eyes from tiring. (Glasses help to certain extent, but aren't magnifiers anyway...)

Nerdy stitching

As some of you know I don't own a printer and therefore I stitch my freebies from screen.

I was opening my laptop (HP from now on) in the morning, and for some reason I found that situation hilarious as I use one computer to follow design and other one runs movie I'm watching while stitching. (I think that getting HP will mean that I'll watch much more movies in future. As I don't have actual DVD player, but HP has CD-R - DVD drive in it... )

Anyway, I wont be able to fulfill my 24 hour challenge goal (I've only about an hour left). I slept quite long today, and I have had frantic (amazing, to be honest) SMS exchanging whole day so I think I'm excused.

Btw,

-3 kilos! \o/ (In about three weeks without doing anything for it!)

/me is *so* bored

This one seems to be one of those migraines which actually try to get me spend time in my bed... Dizziness is not fun, and in addition to that my head begun to hurt as I, well, laughed my hiney off because of certain mail I got.
Nothing against that though - laughing (nor that mail, very much opposite to be honest). Anything which lifts up my mood in day like this is always very welcomed.

While laying in bed I read latest Cross Stitcher (came today; and btw, Angela: Silkweaver parcel came too. Now I just need to get those dyes, and maybe I'll send something some day... ) and I found something I can agree with:

"Dear Lord, so far today I'm doing ok.
I haven't gossiped, lost my temper, been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish, or self-indulgent.
I haven't whined, complained, cursed or eaten any chocolate.
But I'll be getting out of bed in a minute, I think I'll really need your help then!
    "
And while laying in bed getting bored I noticed something which I dislike: as I've lost weight (/me cheers) my arms are getting visibly muscular (at least my biceps have gotten smaller, they were problem last spring)...
I know they'll fade away sooner or later (at least I hope so), but I really dislike it anyway.

So, anyone in desperate need of some muscles? But then... it makes it easier, to actually have relatively good share of muscles in your body as

  1. I wont look saggy
  2. It means that part of that weight I have is actually weight of these 'Arnolds' of mine
  3. And they'll get smaller during time -> decreases weight even more.

But then... I sense need to get new clothes soon. I also sense being even more "too femininely build" for designers (My waist is at least 6cms too narrow to "fit" with my hip, according to "fittings", even at this point. What will it be..?) which causes sense of panic.

Btw, three months from this moment I'm 27 years young/ old. Scary.

Woohoo!

-2 kilos! Without doing anything.

Devil's cake seems to be part of a healthy diet... guess what I munched last night to cure my moodiness?

In other news, my head is still acting up.

Magic of spring

It seems to me that I'm able to lose weight only in spring and summer time.

Last year it begun in May, this year it seems to begin now. One kilo off from my morning weight without changing my eating habits in any way. In fact I may eat more nowadays than I used to. And my job is not that physical even it includes lifting things now and then.

But then, this is completely reasonable phenomenon: my body just do not need anything extra when it's warm. And apparently I've gotten hold of my sleeping disorders as I don't gain any weight anymore - I may gain kilo or two but then it disappears by itself.
I've been in my current weight about six months. And for me that is long time in exactly same weight.
And having stabilized weight may also be one to blame on my menstrual cycle: 29-32 days per cycle in last 3-4 months. It has never (in almost 15 years) been that normal and stable.

Oh mi gosh, I'm getting.... normal!

What's the thing behind my obsession for my looks?

Some mental exhibitionism again! I'll tell you why I'm so obsessed with my own looks. As I know it's odd in a way because I'm not interested of looks in general - being personality and intellect obsessed person and all...

Well, I was cute kid. At least I had nice smile, that's all I know from the pictures I've seen about myself. Then I got a bit older, which means in this case about age to get to school (we go to school approximately seven years old in here)... As far as I know I was always bit plumpy even as a kid (my diet has been under control as long as I can remember, which means very long time), but in 6-7 years old I apparently begun to get more weight. Silly thing is that now I know it was just having first visible signs of my PCOS... (Most of us have naturally more fat tissue in abdominal area than non-PCOS woman - even if we are normal build, which I'm not)
Anyway, I was teased at school because I was that fat kid, and to make it even worse school nurse yacked about my weight every time she saw me (in the end I refused to go to yearly checks), and my mom thought it was good idea to keep me on low-calorie diets on regular basis... very many no-nos there, but that's all about it now (I've ranted about that before).

We all realize how good something like that is to pre-teen or teen who has enough to cope with just growing up (and in my case there were other things to worry also - it has to do with my family and time before my parents finally divorced). So, I grew up to believe that I'm more or less disgusting (it's not right word though, but close enough). In a way it was good as I learned to appreciate personality instead of pretty face.

Time went on, and I moved 350 kms from home to study (at age of 16) and that turned everything upside down.
All the sudden I was wanted, I was a desirable woman. But... I was only a body to begin with, and it lead me to hate myself. Not as a person, but to hate my body. And I've to admit that I've wanted to be uglier to be appreciated as myself and not as pretty face, nice ass and good pair of breasts....

I tried to be happy with what I got... and there was a phase where I appreciated myself only as a physical being, and not a person. As it seemed to me during that time that you can't be intelligent and relatively good-looking.

But then I met (guess who?)... Dan, and he taught me that I can be loved as a person, as brains and as a good body and cute face. That all of those things in me were good things. (In fact I'll always remember one thing he has said about that moment when he saw me for the first time: You were so beautiful and stylish when I saw you - and I doubted am I worth you. Worth of that classy lady.)

Then we travel in time few years and get to present.

If you ask from me I'd say that it has took 26 years from me to mature to that person I am, physically (I don't mind those excess kilos I carry around. They could vanish, but I don't consider myself ugly because I'm overweight - and some people don't consider me being one... (I think you all have guessed at least one person from that group.) Only part I dislike in me is my nose, but then it's my nose and I wouldn't look like me without it. I'd say that I love certain parts of my body which many, many normal weighed women hate in themselves... but once again, I've to thank Dan for adoring those parts (my stomach and hips) and taught me to love all of me). I've become me just lately. Before it I knew that image in mirror wasn't what I should look like... (And I look dreadful in pictures of me....before last year or so.)
And what happened yesterday was first time when I like my image when I see it from somewhere else than my bathroom mirror. Same thing happened today, so I think it'll last. And I so hope it does. I love to feel this good. I've never been high (never tried drugs, see), but I think it feels like this.

I still fight, and I think I've to do it for some decades still, with idiots who cannot understand that cute face may hide working brains and pedantic, analytic character. There's always price to pay, and this is mine.

Jenna, no need to envy my self-confidence. It can be a burden sometimes too - and there are days when I've none (fortunately those days are very rare nowadays). But I don't doubt a second that you couldn't do the same, or even better. It's just long and rocky path, but worth it in the end. (Loving yourself is the hardest kind of love based relationship.)
I think this is suitable quote to end this part of this entry:

"Depression does tremendous damage. Use every ploy you can think of to bring yourself to joy."
    (Rebbe Nachman of Breslov)

Btw,

in case you're interested of what I'm listening right now, my profile has that data too nowadays. It looks like this

Monday, 14 November 2005

Entry no. 295; various.

There's something seriously odd in my brains. And in Mozart.

I went to sleep about 4 hours ago and woke up (once again) completely sweaty, dieing of thirst and complete messed up. Don't remember dreams I saw that well, but I know they have been very scattered and without any sense (I usually have some sense in my dreams). Woke up totally confused and very cranky, just like I've used to wake up before I found out what influence that CD I mentioned has on me.
Last night I didn't listen it. I was too lazy and way too relaxed when I realized that CD player is not on and decided to play with my fate. Apparently I shouldn't have done it.

I'm in here now because I was unable to fall asleep again.

This has nothing to do with coffee consumption. I drank my last cup in about 6 hours before I went to bed, and I've been known as a person who has needed coffee to fall asleep.
Neither have I drank tea or anything with caffeine in it. Music doesn't affect to my sleeping either.

Unless it's Mozart. At least it really begins to look like it.

Anyway, while laying in bed I came to conclusion that my brains are so overactive during nighttime that it goes far above normal activity, and that causes sweating and thirst. Apparently I use quite much energy while sleeping... It'd be nice to know how restlessly I sleep without my daily Mozart fix.

Health.

Throat ache went away and is here again, so I think that in the end it's all about.. *tadaa*.... central heating, in other words air in this apartment is too dry for my tubes. I've to remember put my air humidifier on.

And after about five weeks stable phase it seems to me that my weight is going down again.

Blogging and some serious nerdiness.

I've developed a perverted dream... I've had this server project going on about year and a half (yes, I'm fast) and lately I've been dreaming about it again. Just because I've reached new level in my bloggerism: I want to have an independent blog. (Livejournal isn't actually "an independent blog" if you ask from me)
Software is free, but it needs server which runs PHP+MySLQ (freeware too, AFAIK). And that would mean that I should learn about gazillion things and after it we could ask "Why not study that stuff then as you seem to be so friggin' interested of it?".

Interesting issues indeed.

SOLAK.

I became familiar with aspect of "charity stitching" some months ago when I really begun to find my place in cross stitching communities around internet. As a known tree-hugger I liked the idea of it, but was very disappointed because most charities seem to be flooded with religious views (and quite fundamentalistic even (in my eyes at least)) and they're focused only to one place and to small groups of individuals (and when we mix charity and religious views it easily gets ugly and leads to discriminating of individuals with "wrong" beliefs....).
But then I was reading one previously mentioned blog and found link to SOLAK's site...

Nowadays I'm a member, so I think we all know what happened after I got to their site?

Parcel.

It was from my SP in 'Scissor Fob and Needlecase Exchange'! These cuties came from Lillie (Thank you.):

That cat is just like my youngest tomcat:

Aren't they cute?

Not to mention those stamps...:

About weight loss.

It seems to me that my pelvis is in different angle nowadays, It feels different to walk, not in bad way though, but it's bit odd. I haven't lost that much... Ok, if we think how much it's in percents of my excess weight it's in fact quite much.
But anyway it seems that when I lose weight odd things happen: usually women complain how they lose cup or two from bra size before anything else happens (when they lose weight). In my case nothing has happened to my breasts (To be honest I could lose cup or two just to get bras easier...). Even my butt looks good, in fact it looks even better nowadays.

My ex asked things about my diet, as I mentioned him that I eat huge amounts of protein nowadays, and while I was checking things to him I realized that in fact I consume quite much energy per day and still I lose weight.

So, either there's something in protein and avoiding fat-free/ low fat products (I've to because most of them contain something I can't eat) or then my body really uses unbelievable amounts of energy per day - even I'm not very active person.

[*topic*]

Apparently my body thinks that it has lost weight too fast, as my weight has stucked to one point. In fact it's bit more than it was in my last 'happy dance' day, but it's getting back. Though it's good that my weight loss stops time to time. I'd be worried if it weren't so.

Finish.

'Best Friends' mystery SAL's third pattern is now finished and I can get my thoughts into 'Topiary Sampler'.

I ironed 'T.S.'s fabric yesterday and today I should do horisontal and vertical grid line to it. And then I should figure out do I just keep it in hand while stitching, even it's quite large piece of fabric, as I tried hoop yesterday and in few minutes my hoop left very strong creases to that linen. I had to iron my linen twice before I got rid of that.
Well, maybe I get some great idea. Hopefully...

Weather.

No matter how much I dislike weather talk, I'm blogging about weather... In fact about fog. It's very dense, when I woke up I barely saw house opposite my kitchen window - and distance between my window and that house is about 20 metres. Now I can even see that birch in edge of the field, though it's not huge improvement. And to be honest, I don't remember fog this dense. It almost reminds me of one Stephen King's short story (which name I can't recall now) and it makes that fog even more creepy.

And I should go out to that weather if I want to eat something in the evening...

Local birds are enjoying my bird food resources at my balcony and cats are thrilled. So many delici... umm... interesting birds. At one point there were over ten great tits (Can I ask whose perverted idea that name has been?) and sparrows at one time slaughtering those grease balls. And it's still officially autumn - though it's getting quite chilly. (Sonnenschein should move soon to keep me warm..)

[*insert topic here*]

- 12 kgs.

It seems that my body really needs more proteins than it needs carbohydrates, at least when it comes to weight loss without hunger etc.. (For example yesterday I ate like a horse, at least in my scale (which isn't much), mostly proteins and lost a kilo during night (From my morning weight, btw)). Though it isn't very good in a way as it affects to my sleeping.
I'm used to get tired after 12 hours awakeness, but nowadays it's at least 16 hours (which is 'normal', I do know that) and I just seem to be unable to get used to it. Other problem with that is that my normal night is ~10 hours (everything from 8-14 hours) , so... My day is 26 hours nowadays, and we do all know how well that fits to modern society....

In fact it's bit funny. I'm losing weight without actual dieting, after all those years when school doctors and my mom tried to get me lose weight. They just made few 'slight' mistakes:
1. Person under 18 years shouldn't be put on a 1200 kcal diet. Even adult shouldn't be put to that kind of diet.
2. I still wonder why no one never really doubted that I really can have some sickness which affects to my weight? Ok, once one doc put me in blood tests, but they only took thyroid gland hormone levels, blood sugar etc. I passed as healthy kid who has some kind of eating disorder. Funny part in this is... PCOs doesn't affect to those levels (To blood sugar only if you really get DM) they checked. Why the hell no one did nothing to it after that as they noticed that my weight just rose? Even when I ate normally my weight rose, which caused stress-based eating... nice merry-go-round.
3. Thanks to all those wonder diets, and insane watching over my eating, I have an eating disorder of a kind. I feel guilty because of eating, even I know that I have to eat and even I know that even in weight loss mode I need 1700 kcals/ day, if we want to calculate kcals - I don't.
4. I hope that they were just plain stupid and were unable to realize what they did to my self-esteem with all those hidden and showed doubts of my ways and commitment to lose weight. (I don't get it why they assumed that I wanted to be overweight? Most people don't want, some do, but sometimes it's not about personal choice whether you're under- or overweight.).

If this thing works and I'll be in my ideal weight some day (which is still 'slightly overweight' according to scales) I'll have my revenge. I knew what I need, but I was never allowed to eat what my body needed (and needs).

Caffeine.

Well, it seems that I'm officially caffeine/ coffee addicted. I didn't drank coffee yesterday as I hadn't slept well and my heart is very sensitive to get arhytmias (it's my stress detector), so I thought it might be better to stay away from coffee pot. (My heart had enough opinions about that lack of sleep part...) Anyway, when I woke up I had a headache. Not migraine, just normal frontal lobe headache.
I've drank mug of coffee since then and I feel almost alive. Headache is fading away, and I feel almost good.

Funny part in this is that I've drank coffee since I was a child (about 5 or something) and I never got headache when I didn't drank it, even I consumed huge amounts of coffee per day. I quitted coffee drinking when I was 19 and had 6 clean years.
Apparently I got old or my body got more sensitive, as after I got my bad habit back (I've to blame instant coffee. It's way too good.) I got addicted. But I've never had headache because of lack of caffeine - in fact lack of coffee, as tea doesn't help.

Misc.

Nah, I'm not going to PO today. I think I'll clean and organize things. I just realized that I can't take those pics I promised to *ahem* certain someone before this place looks better.

Oh, yes. I'm shallow even when it comes to my home.

Reason to weight loss.

I think I know why I lose weight. I don't consume carbohydrates very much nowadays, that has to be it.
As I made that barley pizza yesterday and my weight has increased, even it was almost only thing I ate - and it was small one.

So, I can eat great amounts of carbohydrates, but only sometimes if I want to lose weight. And to be honest I prefer to lose weight.

Things.

-11 kg. (And I ate like a horse yesterday...)

Issues, part II.

It seems that in-laws aren't a problem anymore. But who knows, even Sonnenschein was uncertain about them even he has talked with them.
But we all know that only way to prove our good intentions is to get Sonnenschein here, and let them see that we'll make it. At least he has that much confidence in me that he's moving after me. Shouldn't that be enough?

Sickness.

Getting better, no fever anymore. But I slept so well last night that now I have migraine. Which is great as I don't have any painkillers which I could take... (There are some old ones in medicine cabinet, with corn starch in them so... I let them be.)

Yule gifts.

I gave those keychains to my mom yesterday, and she seemed to be quite pleased.

:)

-10 kg since May.

After eating (almost) well few days...

Wednesday, 31 August 2005

I like this kind of days. I've been quite tired though, but this has been a good day in the end.

I showed Sonneschein's newest pic to my sis and her comment will be good for Sonnenschein's ego. "He does look like Spaniard... not. That guy could be from anywhere..."

Currently I feel almost invincible. Relationship is going quite well, aka. Sonnenschein is talking about us and about moving more than he usually does.
Though he's worrying (For once it's he who worries about everything) about certain things, but fact is that we just can't know certain things before we get together. And then there are certain things he can't handle before he moves, or at least it would be sheer madness to try to take care of them from there.

Have I ever mentioned that he's cute? Physically and mentally.

...and he loves me, me.

Not to mention that I have lost my mind...

Btw,

The Sloe Fairy is soon finished. I got bored to it few weeks back because of those colour shadings -which is main reason why I like Flower Fairies... I just seem to be those ones who are never pleased.

And...

More 'statistics': -7 cm from waist since May. And I just realized that I can feel bones in my shoulders better.
Unfortunately my muscles get more visible too... Woman does not need biceps that big...
