- 1½ dl dark syrup (molasses)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp powdered ginger
½ tsp orange peel
½ tsp cloves
- 100 grams soft margarine or butter
100 g sugar
Add spice mix to margarine- sugar mix, and whisk well.
- 1 tsp bicarbonate
1 tsp water
- 300 g oat flour
Put the dough into a fridge to rest over night. Bake them as regular gingerbread cookies.
Bake in 200C ~7min. Let them cool, and enjoy.
