SBQ; Take good care of your tools

Today's

Stitching Bloggers Question

was suggested by Lee and is:
As we all know, stitching in the winter can really be rough on the hands. What do you do to treat your hands well in the cold winter months? Do you have any suggestions for creams or soaps? Or perhaps a special regimen that you would like to share?
As a person who has an atopic skin my skin care doesn't differ that much between seasons. My choice of soap and moisturizer can be found under this link. Those moisturisers are thick as a butter, not very cheap, but they do work wonders.

I just happen to be Universe's laziest moisturizer adder. (That is what men are for and as I am single... *grin*)
