I know what I will do for my mom as a house warming gift. (She haven't got house warmings yet even she bought her house over a year ago, so I can give it as such. 
She likes gnomes so I'll make a "Welcome" sign for her. Gnome in question is a freebie from Vermillion Stitchery and looks like this:
I think that this one asks for natural linen, and if I'm lucky I'll get fabrics for this when I get my Silkweaver order, as I ordered few odd pieces of natural linen.
...but for some reason I can't help having a feeling from that gnome... It's like some alien: Greetings earththing.
