I got this great idea to go for a walk in the evening.
Idea was good and most of my body liked it, but, and this is a HUGE but, my lungs can't tolerate the crispiness of autumn air.
It was like +7 ° C so you could think it wouldn't be too cold... but it was, and I am annoyed.
I know that asthmatics have problems with cold air, but I never realised that +7 °C is cold enough.
