Problem eater cooks: Crêpes

Rice flour crêpes a lá myself aka. Pamper your gluten intolerant friends and loved ones.

10-12 servings:

  • 3 dl milk
  • 1 dl natural yoghurt
  • 2 dl rice flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dl brown sugar
  • ½- 1tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
Whisk, let the mixture set about 30 minutes and fry on pan.

Looks like a real thing and tastes ten times better than real thing.
