Garlic- chili paste
- 12 chili peppers (without green tops)
- 2 whole garlics (as cloves, peeled etc.)
- ½-1 dl sunflower oil
My first victims were broiler legs. I used about 1 tea spoon of the paste per leg and rubbed it well into the skin. The result was yummy - at least if you love garlic (and chili).
